Angelo Rizzo received his undergraduate degree from Queens College and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law.
He is a partner specializing in No-Fault litigation, construction contract litigation, and medical lien and assignment issues. Mr. Rizzo currently heads the lien litigation department and has written articles on the field of medical lien assignments. Mr. Rizzo has represented the Brooklyn plaintiff’s Bar Association Judge’s Forum on No-Fault litigation in 2004 and has spoken at numerous seminars to medical providers on lien recovery strategies. Mr. Rizzo has been with the firm since 2003. Mr. Rizzo is actively engaged in litigating insurance, construction and lien assignment contract breaches in all courts.
Mr. Rizzo is admitted to practice in the State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Rizzo is also a member of the Bronx County Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
