Jonathan M. Cader received his Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in 1990. Mr. Cader received his juris doctor’s degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2001. Mr. Cader has extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy matters, having worked as a legal administrator for one of the U.S. Standing Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustees for the Eastern District of New York, both before and during law school. Since that time, Mr. Cader’s practice has expanded to encompass a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including civil RICO cases, bankruptcy litigation, foreclosure defense, intellectual property and appellate practice. Mr. Cader’s practice currently focuses in the Firm’s copyright infringement and FDCPA litigation groups.
